Patrizia Luca F/W Desk 2 Dinner Presentation for Barami

Lauren Rae Levy and me. (Both dressed in Patrizia Luca for Barami)
I was thrilled to have a chance to preview Patrizia Luca’s Desk 2 Dinner F/W14 collection for Barami. My friend and Celebrity Stylist Lauren Rae Levy curated select pieces for the preview and extended the invitation for me to attend.

The Patrizia Luca collection for Barami featured a selection of high-end day to night pieces that very much embodied the glamorous European look. Patrizia Luca or P.Luca as it’s known is an extension of the Barami brand.

Headquartered in New York City, Barami’s vision is simple: To provide women with fashionable, affordable, quality clothing that can be worn from day to night. As women become more prominent in the workforce, founder, Bahram Hakakian focuses on providing both value and quality by manufacturing his own designs.

Barami is a lifestyle brand that embodies fashion and versatility. Barami styles are perfect to wear to work and can transition seamlessly to an evening out.

His team includes daughters, Neda and Nika Hakakian who grew up loving fashion and admiring their father’s hands-on approach to womenswear. Neda and Nika developed and launched the high-end Patrizia Luca Milano line as part of the Barami brand. I had the pleasure of meeting the ever so glamorous Neda at the preview that day.

P.Luca for Barami clothing can be found at any Barami store location, and online at pluca4barami.com.

Harley Davidson Fashion Preview + Motorcycle Riding Experience!

Harley Davidson hosted a unique event experience for Editors/Bloggers to preview their stylish new apparel and accessories collection for women. The event also featured a presentation and a cool opportunity to see what riding a Harley feels like.

The morning of the event I was going through my closet to pick out the most appropriate outfit for the occasion.

I decided to go with my Member’s Only leather leggings and crushed velvet top by Juicy. Edgy chic accomplished!

Fast forward to later in the day. Harley Davidson sent a personal car service to pick me up for their special event. (It’s always such a treat to have transportation provided.) Beaming with excitement I couldn’t wait to see what they had in-store for me!

Ivanka Trump Shop For a Cause Boutique Soiree

The Shop for a Cause soiree was held at the Ivanka Trump boutique in Soho to benefit the Orthopaedic Foundation's 2014 "Dr. for a Day" Program.

The Dr. for a Day program gives students the experience of being a doctor for the day, working alongside top orthopaedic surgeons.
Chaired by Karen Kollitides, the shopping party had a wide array of exquisite Ivanka Trump jewelry, handbags, and shoes to choose from.
Ivanka personally curated some of her favorite pieces and offered 20% to support the cause.
World renowned wine connoisseur, Jim Clendenen, from Au Bon Climat chose his Santa Barbara County Chardonnay and La Badge Au-dessus Pinot Noir to accompany a sampling of Mediterranean Hors D’oeuvres.
I wore one of my favorite pink Eliza J dresses, a golden Natori cuff and Rachel Roy heels for the party.
