Farah Angsana SS12 Collection Is Fit For a Princess

Sophisticated, timeless, classic and fit for a princess is a befitting description of the Farah Angsana Spring/Summer 2012 collection.

The exquisitely embroidered and intricate gowns in this collection really took my breath away. The minute you entered the Farah Angsana SS12 presentation it was as if you were transported into a royal reception and the models were really Princesses wearing incredible gowns that any girly girl would dream of owning.

According to the press notes “Farah Angsana looks to the enchanting beauty of the Orient for inspiration in her Spring 2012 collection. The spectacular burst of color of Japan’s famous cherry blossoms. The colors are ivory, varied shades of pink representing those iconic cherry blossoms celebrated every spring, hues of blue for the clear summer sky, nude natural tones and, of course, the glamorous canopy of red to represent Asia in all its finery.”

I loved everything in the collection but my three most favorite gowns were the Scarlett Red sleeveless tulle v neck gown with intricate beaded bodice, nude hand draped embellished empire waist gown and the ivory short sleeve embroidered crystal gown with feather trim sleeves. Each would be perfect for a black tie, red carpet or any event where you want to look like a Princess.
