IMPROVD delivered quite an interesting Spring/Summer 2012 presentation at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. First they started with screens depicting a mini movie with parrots then out of the shadows of their backstage entered models styled in a predatory like theme. Perhaps I’m a Twilight geek but the models and clothing were very reminiscent of what a Volturi vampire would wear in the movie, no?
The presentation was shown in three rotating acts which were divided into red, blue and green color families to go along with the parrot theme. My favorite piece was the dark mixed print dress with plunging neckline with 2 mini belts on top and a chocker around the neck.
