My Favorite Picks From The Taylor Dress SS12 Collection

I was introduced to the Taylor dress collection at the L'elite Magazine and Travertine Spa Fashion Week Media Retreat. I loved the fun dresses in their Spring/Summer 2012 collection. As a fashion professional in my mid twenties I definitely see myself wearing the dresses to work and also to an evening event. My number one thing in picking a dress is versatility in wearing it for both day and evening and the majority of the Taylor dresses cater to both if you add a simple accessories like a jacket for day time and a killer pair of heels in the evening.

Their Spring/Summer 2012 collection really captured the trends of the season which include fun prints, bright colors and polka dots! Below are my favorite picks from the collection.

I loved the pattern on this dress! It's a great piece to wear to work if you put on a belt and long blazer over it.

Bright coral is one of my favorite colors and it works great in the design of this dress. Wearing a dress like this would definitely get you noticed!

The dress on the left was similar to the coral dress above but had a different variation on the pattern. The dress on the right was also a fun piece. I noticed that the Taylor dress collection has a lot of interesting patterns that you don't normally see. This dress would be fun to wear to a day time brunch and I definitely recommend pairing it with a thick brown belt to accentuate the waist.

Here is another dress that I thought was really fun. I'm a huge girly girl and this pink frock was definitely something I would buy and wear to a business meeting with a jacket over it. After work I would wear it to a party sans jacket. A belt would also work on this dress to really cinch the waist.

Pink was a prominent color in the Taylor dress collection and I loved these two dresses. It's great that the collection is not form fitting because you can always accessorize it with a belt if necessary for your body type.

How cute is this yellow dress concoction?

The pattern on this dress was very interesting and this particular dress would look great on almost any body type since a pattern this strong would usually distract from a women's shape.

I'm a huge polka dot fan and this Taylor dress was one of my favorites.

This polka dot dress would be more of a fun evening piece to wear. I would  pair it with red heels to really make the outfit stand out.
