Rochambeau Fall/Winter 2012 was the only menswear collection
that I've seen this season. Their presentation was set against lightly deemed
forest décor to along with their grunge-like apparel.
Rochambeau (means
rock-paper-scissors in French) is an emerging label created by French designers
Laurence Chandler and Joshua Cooper. This season their collection featured a mix of
bias seam jerseys, uniquely draped coats, tailored jackets, fitted shirts,
sweaters and pants. Broody like male models with stoic expressions added a grungy cool vibe to the presentation.
My favorite look was the side skin minimalist blazer,
leather neck band jersey with layered leather combination pant.
