Prete & Bruno Fall 2012: Old Hollywood Glamour

Luxury Italian designers Salvatore Prete and Filippo Bruno debuted their namesake collection in the United States for the first time at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.
For Fall 2012, Prete & Bruno took inspiration from Hollywood icons like Marlene Dietrich and Grace Kelly as evening noir meets swanlike elegance. Their collection pays homage to the star’s inner beauty with lady like silhouettes in hues of precious jewel tones, emerald green and gold complimented by classic black.
Exotic, intricate details in the tradition of European couture houses add to the collection’s allure. From chic tweed day suits to flowing feminine gowns to their signature redingote, Prete & Bruno offers extravagant dressing from day to evening.

I'm completely in love with this authentic Italian luxury brand with their impeccably crafted garments and the use of glamorous materials like feathers, chiffon, sequin, silk and tweed. What more can a girl ask for?
“We would like to see women exude an authentic elegance. One that belongs to the past but is also modern and sophisticated.” -Prete & Bruno
