UGG Australia's New Orleans Themed Fall 2013 Collection Preview Bash at the Bowery Hotel

UGG Australia threw an over-the-top New Orleans themed preview party for their new Fall 2013 collection for men, women and kids. In addition to boots, UGG presented a fabulous selection of hats, bags, gloves and flats.

The Mardi Gras like soiree was held on the rooftop terrace of the famed Bowery Hotel in New York City. 

My invitation read: “Please join us for the UGG Fall ’13 product launch: inspired by the storied walls of New Orleans. Enjoy a live performance by the High and Might Brass Band and fun food and drinks inspired by NOLA."

As soon as I walked into the preview all of my senses were taken over by the sights, sounds and delicious aromas of New Orleans. 

Four models dressed in the UGG Fall 2013 collection were seated on top of an UGG display which presented some of the new styles for both men and women. 

Here is a close up of my favorite shearling lined sequined flats from the top photo. These babies are just perfect for the Holiday season! (I want one in every color.) 

A dapper member of the High & Might Brass Band passed by with his bandmates. Their roaring New Orleans style music vibrated throughout the room and set the tone for one epic New Orleans style bash. 

Fashion's elite lined up for the UGG Shoe Salon which gave away complimentary UGG Fall 2013 boots that were not yet in stores. Can you say best party favor, EVER?!

The complimentary styles for guys included the Kern or Stevenson while girls could pick from the Amoret or Jena boots. I chose the lovely beige Amoret boots with the mini heel. I'm so excited to wear them this coming Winter. (Stay tuned for an upcoming style story!)

Guests were also given an opportunity to get their picture taken with a selection of masquerade masks and mardi gra beads. Each photo could be sent directly to email or social media. I decided to pose with the golden beaded mask which perfectly matched my yellow and blue romper. 

While continuing my exploration of the new collection I spotted these gorgeous UGG Fall 2013 studded black leather gloves with a fur trim. I could just imagine how warm they are inside in addition to being so stylish! 

Another one of my favorite UGG Fall 2013 boot styles were the above high heeled over-the-knee babies. These gorgeous boots are definitely a must have for my closet! I personally can never have enough over-the-knee boots for Winter. This style is so versatile and can easily turn a boring outfit into something extraordinary. 

A selection of New Orleans style hors d'oeuvre and cocktails were passed around the room. The foodie in me couldn't resist to sample the above mini sandwiches in addition to the various other treats and goodies. 

The celebration of the new UGG Fall 2013 collection continued to the outside portion of the Bowery hotel's rooftop terrace. 

The High & Might Brass Band put on quite an incredible ending performance. I regret not taking a video of it to show you. It was honestly one of those rare sights and sounds that I'll never forget. 

The UGG Fall 2013 New Orleans themed preview party was definitely one of the most epic fashion soirees of the Summer.
