Emily Cho Fall 2015 Luxury Handbag Preview + MySpa2Go Pre-Fashion Week Pampering

The day before fashion week my lovely friend and Celebrity Stylist Lauren Rae Levy hosted a fabulous soiree to preview Emily Cho’s new Fall 2015 collection at the Dream Hotel in New York.

The event featured complimentary manicures and reiki sessions by MySpa2Go, a luxury, premier mobile spa service that provides beauty and wellness services.

Lauren came over to greet me and show me around. It’s always so lovely to see her during fashion season. Aside from being extraordinarily adept at what she does, Lauren is also one of the nicest people in the business. We chose our favorite Emily Cho handbag for our photo together. I picked the black tote bag since my look that day consisted of a black top and my favorite checker print pencil skirt by Natori.

A beautiful display of Emily Cho Fall 2015 handbags was nicely organized on a plush white couch. The new collection featured a plethora of exotic skin variations and styles ranging from the perfect folded clutch to must-have totes and bucket bags.

Lauren introduced me to the brand’s founders SJ Cho and Emily Gellis.
Aiming to re-define the spectrum of contemporary handbags, the girls are dedicated to producing high-end luxury products at affordable contemporary prices. Emily and SJ carefully select the finest Italian leathers, specifically using unique stamped leathers that are cut by hand to resemble exotic skins. Balancing functionality with vibrant fashion statements, Emily Cho pieces can be worn all day with an easy transition into night.

Here is a close up of one of my favorite bags from the new collection. A sweetly smelling Barcode Candle was the perfect touch to the display.

Next, I met Lori Traub, the CEO of MySpa2Go. We chatted about her awesome company which provides luxury mobile spa services in NYC, Los Angeles and London.

I started MySpa2Go experience with a lovely manicure. It was such a treat to have a chance to be pampered a bit before the chaos of fashion week.

I couldn’t decide on a manicure color so I asked Lauren to advise. Her manicure consisted of two tone variations so I went with a similar theme.

After my manicure I tried MySpa2Go’s reiki. It was my very first reiki session so I didn’t know quite what to expect. Without touching me, the technician moved her hands closely to my body. I could literally feel warm energy surrounding me. It was definitely a surreal/relaxing experience that I recommend you try at least once!

Thanks again Lauren for this incredible experience! I had the best time previewing the new Emily Cho collection (I want everything), being pampered and meeting so many interesting fashion people. It was the best start to my fashion week by far!
