GLITTERRINGS Jewelry Showroom Editor's Preview Of New Collections

I stopped by a special Editor’s event at the GLITTERRINGS showroom to preview their designer’s latest collections.

Featured designers included GLITTERRINGS, Jill Zarin Jewelry, Debbie Merle Designs and Carolina Amato Jewelry

I also had a chance to try on some of the new jewelry collections. Above I'm wearing Jill Zarin's Brass Oxidated Plating necklace and ring from her new Spring/Summer 2013 Hamptons Collection.

GLITTERRINGS introduced their new Great Gatsby themed collection of glamorous jewels inspired by the opulence of the Gatsby era. There was a selection of decadent earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings which reminded me a lot of what Mrs. Daisy’s character wore in the recent Great Gatsby movie.

GLITTERRINGS is a leading manufacturer of fine fashion jewelry specializing in rings. They aim to redefine glamour, elegance, and luxury by creating outstanding designs for women who don't want to comprise quality for price or fashion.

Jill Zarin’s new Hamptons collection included a selection of Jill’s signature bold, statement necklaces, drop earrings, cuffs and cocktail rings. Mrs. Zarin was inspired by her love of the casual, but chic ambiance of the Hamptons. The unique resin stones in the collection are reminiscent of organic rocks found on the beach. They’re accented with luxuriously sophisticated Swarovski elements in Sand Opal and While Opal, with touches of leather and Mother of Pearl look stones to complete the experience.

Debbie Merle featured a lovely beaded collection which was adorned with charms. The symbolism behind the charms and agate beads in her jewelry signify healing, protection, love, happiness and passion about living life to the fullest.

One of my favorite pieces were the bottom left oxidized brass fuchsia rings.

The new Carolina Amato jewelry collection showcased styles from her The Sea and The Museum Collections which were inspired by her world travels.

The Sea Collection uses organic shapes that were inspired by the objects and colors found at the ocean. Carolina incorporated sea motifs including Starfish, Seashells, Water (waves) in her designs with individually set Austrian Crystals.

The Museum Collection evokes an old world classic charm. Carolina combined her love of antique coins and visiting museums to look at the antiques for inspiration in this collection. She incorporated coins, snake heads, and snakeskin textured elements with glass stone cabochon settings.

My favorite pieces were the above 14K gold plated serpent earrings with matching ring.
