PUMA Summer 2015 #ForeverFaster Collection Preview

Athletic giant PUMA invited me to preview their new Summer 2015 collection of ‘Forever Faster’ sportswear. I’ve been on a total health kick and daily fitness regime these past few months so I was super excited to check out their newest collection. 

I usually wear a look that goes along with the theme of an event and this time was no exception! 

Instead of wearing heels and a dress I opted for my favorite PUMA sneakers, Members Only jacket, and vintage shorts. 

I’ve never worn sneakers to an event before but I really couldn’t pass up the opportunity to do it for the PUMA preview!  

Vionic Fall/Winter 2015 Collection Cocktail Party & Preview

Vionic invited me to check out their Fall/Winter 2015 collection at the chic Bryant Park Hotel this past week. 

In attendance was the Vionic spokesperson and celebrity fitness trainer Juliet Kaska who was on hand to demonstrate fitness moves to take everyday walks into red carpet exercises. Kaska is the trainer to Hollywood elite such as Karlie Kloss, Kerry Washington, Ali Larter, Pink, Kate Walsh and more! 

I brought my own red carpet moves for Vionic’s fun photo-op station where they provided cute signs for guest’s social media posts.

My Steven Colluci painted scarf turned out to the perfect accessory for this colorful adventure. ;)

Cantina Rooftop's Cinco de Mayo Pre-Opening Tasting Soiree

Salsa under the stars?  Sí.  Mezcal margaritas after work?  Por supuesto!  Modern Mexican cuisine, expertly crafted drinks and a year-round rooftop nightlife scene? Muy bueno! 

I had the absolute pleasure of attending Cantina Rooftop’s Cinco de Mayo pre-opening tasting party before its official grand opening on May 5th. Located on 605 W. 48th Street, this Mexican rooftop delight is perfectly situated to overlook the best views in the city. 

Cantina Rooftop is the latest dining/social experience from Pedro Zamora. Cantina Rooftop is distinguished by an innovative modern Mexican menu from Executive Chef Gonzalo Colin (Frankie & Johnnies, City Bistro, Sequoia, Robert), a Mexico City native who spent a year traveling to dozens of cities across Mexico to bring the best flavors and dishes home to New York City.

Just steps away from the Hudson River, and with stunning skyline views of Midtown Manhattan, Cantina Rooftop will be open year-round, rain or shine, made possible by a retractable rooftop and abundant space heaters during cooler months.  Intimate yet accommodating, the open-air venue features a 20-seat bar and lounge and an 80-person outdoor dining area with a secondary bar, surrounded by lush greenery, banquettes, and communal and individual tables.
