Carlos Miele SS12 Fashion Show: Digital Prints

Two exotic models with slicked back hair walking side by side dressed in futuristic prints opened the Carlos Miele Spring/Summer 2012 fashion show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.

The collection was very reminiscent of what I imagine high society in the Brazil would wear. Rich in fabrics like silks and chiffons the clothes flowed down the runway as if the fabric had been choreographed to do so. Colors were as vibrant as you can imagine with vivid corals, bright whites, tangerine, turquoise and jade being the most prominent colors. Deep cuts were a signature statement in this collection ranging form plunging necklines to strategically cut skirts to show just the right amount of leg.

I was completely enamored by the bright coral jumper with the deep neckline and golden belt. If I ever travel to Brazil that’s exactly what I would wear paired with my big signature floppy hat and over-sized sunglasses. Amor!
