The Vlov-Qingqing Wu Spring/Summer 2012 collection was inspired by the letter V, for both its graphic and graceful simplicity. To achieve the silhouette, the designer incorporated laser-cutting techniques and finish on high tech wool, creased lines and embossed fabrications. The color palette was divided into two themes-gray representing introspective elegance along with blue and white representing hope. I’m not exactly a men’s fashion expert but I really liked the tailoring done in this line especially in the suits. The form fitting cut and fit of the clothes was very European with a few exceptions that were a little looser and more American like.
