I'm a huge fan of Forever 21 because they truly represent that you don't need to spend a lot of money to look like you're wearing a lot of money. If you select their pieces carefully you can pull off a million dollar look without breaking the bank. Aside from the bargain prices their clothes are very fun to wear and this collection will make the perfect closet staple for this coming Spring.
