New York Fashion Week Diary Day 3: Chris Ber'Y, Anthony Rubio, Marco Marco Spring 2016 Fashion Shows + Meeting Lance Bass!

It’s always an unpredictable, exciting adventure when I attend New York Fashion Week and day 3 certainly made for another chapter in my book of epic stories.

My friends always joke that no one would ever believe half the things that happen to me so writing about my Fashion Week experience is always quite entertaining.

I wore a THEIA Spring 2015 silver/gold dress for my shows that evening. The dress was a perfect fit, and I absolutely loved the incredibly chic design. The juxtaposition of blue and gold patterns really made this look stand out. In addition its cut out front was the perfect touch of sexy, yet classic.

My best friend Robyn came with me to Fashion Week, which made the experience even that more special and epic! Between us we always have the most unbelievable stories, and together our crazy stories always seem amplified. This was certainly the case that evening! Spoiler: Later on we would end up sitting next to a major celebrity at a fashion show!

Weather-wise, it wasn’t the most favorable day as it wouldn’t stop raining the whole time! Robyn and me walked over from the Gregory Hotel to Style Fashion Week at Gotham Hall, which luckily was just a few blocks away. As you can tell I wasn’t quite thrilled to be out in a rainstorm.

Robyn and me couldn’t resist to include our matching green drinks alongside the awesome green shrubbery covered Style Fashion Week backdrop.

Our first fashion show of the evening was Chris Ber’Y by Christina Berezhneva. Christina is a Russian designer whose collection was the epitome of European sexy glamour. One of my favorite looks was the above leather high waist skirt and matching crop top.

Another one of my favorite pieces was the above red gown with high slit.

Here’s a look at the front of the gown. How sexy is this look?!

Next, we saw Anthony Rubio’s fashion show which had the most adorable dogs modeling his new collection of puppy-wear!  His creations for dogs are strictly couture and are considered collectible art inspired by anything from movies to fairy tales and especially by the best women’s wear couturiers of Europe.

Anthony Rubio’s fashion show was literally the cutest thing I’ve seen all day. Here’s a model holding a puppy with angel wings on the runway.

It was so much fun to see the doggie looks matching the high-fashion models who walked down the runway. Here’s one of my favorite looks for both doggie and model!

The most unexpected part came when a massive, yet adorable dog walked down the runway. He wore a cute striped look that matched his model’s gown.

Designer Anthony Rubio walked out to take his finale bow with adorable doggie and model in his arms. Bravo on such a wonderful fashion show!

Our final show of the day was the Marco Marco fashion show. In a totally epic, but unexpected turn of events my friends and I ended up sitting next to Lance Bass at the show! I grew up being a huge fan of NSYNC so it was literally the coolest thing to have a chance to not only meet him, but also sit next to him!

Here’s a picture of my friend Robyn and Lance in the front row. We were all so excited to experience that moment, and it’s definitely something we will always remember. Truly the highlight of our Fashion Week!

The Marco Marco fashion show was so exciting! Model Isis King walked the runway in this super cool look.

Marco Morante has been designing couture costumes under the name, Marco Marco for Hollywood's elite for over a decade. His inventive eye and playful versatility make him a sought after player of the music industry's hottest artists. His robust client list includes designing custom outfits for Katy Perry, Iggy Azalea, Fergie, Nicki Minaj, Selena Gomez, and Jennifer Lopez to name a few.

One of the coolest moments from the show was when male ballerinas sashed down the runway in Marco Marco briefs.

Here’s another fun look from the Marco Marco fashion show.

After the show my Celebrity Photographer friend Andrew Werner introduced me to legendary Fashion Designer Marc Bouwer. It was so exciting to meet such a legend in fashion. Marc has dressed some of the biggest stars in Hollywood, including Angelina Jolie, Beyonce, Emily Blunt and many more.

After the Marco Marco show I also had a chance to meet Isis King!! She was so nice and I absolutely loved the Marco Marco look she wore down the runway. I remember watching her on America’s Next Top Model so it was definitely exciting to have a chance to meet her in person.
